The purpose and operation of welding rectifier VDG-303:
Welding rectifier VDG-303 is designed for the Assembly of semi-automatic welding to mechanized welding in carbon dioxide consumable electrode. The rectifier has external specifications - hard. It is designed for operation in closed premises under the following conditions:
- the temperature of the environment from minus 10°C (263К) to + 40°C (З1ЗК);
- relative humidity not more than 80% at 20°C (293К);
environment surrounding the rectifier, non-explosive, not containing conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapors that destroy metal and insulation.
Structure and operation:
A rectifier is a unit that provides energy conversion three-phase AC power to DC power with the necessary stringent specifications and providing for the regulation of welding (working) voltage within the required limits.
The rectifier provides a smoothly adjustable working voltage, stepless regulation is realized by the potentiometer on the control panel of the rectifier, which is connected to the connector, and switch. Smooth control is carried out only under load. Speed regulation is performed by the switch SA1.
