The rectifier welding VDU 25-506 intended: 1. For automatic and mechanized welding in shielding gases and mixtures of gases; 2. For automatic and mechanized welding under a flux layer; 3. For a complete set of posts for manual arc welding, cutting, surfacing stick electrodes at a constant current. Welding rectifier is a controlled six-phase rectification circuit with smoothing reactor, whereby the source has a low coefficient of pulsation of the welding current and high accuracy of stabilization of a given voltage, combined with the powerful smoothing choke they provide excellent dynamic performance – this rectifier VDU 25-506 can be used for welding and other critical sealed seams. The welding rectifier consists of power transformer, balancing reactor, a smoothing choke, a modern tiristor rectifier diode module with a classic forced air system cooling.
